Show Pintoricchio 2009
The exhibition dedicated to Bernardino di Betto, called Pintoricchio is the first of the major events that will be housed in the renovated National Gallery of Umbria.
A draft heritage umbro that will be implemented during the celebrations for the 550th anniversary of the birth of one of the most interesting protagonists of the Italian Renaissance, a symbol of the city of Perugia.
The exhibition, besides the establishment of Perugia, will also be held in Spello, in the Collegiate Church of St. Maria Maggiore.
The event is a result of the Ministry for Cultural Heritage, the Regional Directorate for Cultural Heritage and Landscape of Umbria and the Superintendence for Architectural Heritage, the Landscape, per il Patrimonio Storico Artistico ed Etnoantropologico, the Region Umbria, the Province of Perugia, the city of Perugia, the Comune di Spello, the Diocese of Foligno, the Chamber of Commerce and the Fondazione Cassa di Risparmio di Perugia.
At many of the proposed stay in hotel or farmhouse, is in the center of the city in hotels next to it.
